Weekly 1:1 mentorship with working software engineers. Real projects you actually deploy, recorded mock interviews, and someone who reviews everything you ship.
Every plan is weekly 1:1 mentorship with your work reviewed between sessions. Choose by where you are right now.
For people who need direction, a stronger project, and a portfolio they can actually explain.
For final-years and early-career engineers who need structure, volume and honest feedback every week.
Founding-cohort pricing · intake capped to protect mentor time
For engineers targeting a real step up in role or pay band, not a first job.
One-off sessions from ₹499. Buy one thing, judge the quality yourself, then decide about the rest.
Written, detailed, honest about what's weak
Recorded, role-focused, written scorecard
Code, scope, deployment, how to explain it
60 min live — we find the bug together and you learn why it broke
One week — you build it, we design it with you and review every commit
3–4 weeks — a full project, built by you, shipped to a live URL
On anything code-related, you write it and we guide — that's deliberate. If someone else builds your project, you'll lose the interview the moment they ask you to explain it.
Scope and schedule are confirmed with you before any payment.
We reply within one working day with an honest read on whether we're the right fit for you.
You don't have to fill in the form. If you want to check whether we're a fit, ask about scope, or just see if we're real people before going any further — email us directly. We answer every one.
✉ team@hyrementor.comWe confirm scope and schedule with you first. Nothing is paid before that conversation.
Not a curriculum. Not recorded videos. Four concrete outputs and a person checking you actually produced them.
Rewritten around one clear role, with real measured numbers instead of "developed an application that does X".
Deployed to a URL someone can open, with a README that explains your design decisions. Not GitHub screenshots.
Scored on the same rubric each time, so by the end you can hear the difference rather than being told about it.
Weekly 1:1s, code review on everything you push, and a daily standup. The reason most people never finish.
Engineers with 6–7 years at product companies, who write and ship code every day and have sat on the hiring side of the table. You're matched to one who works in your target area.
Your mentor's day job is building and debugging real systems — the kind that break at 3am and have to be fixed before morning.
They've screened resumes and run technical rounds for their own teams, which is why they know what actually filters people out.
You're paired with a mentor who works in the area you're targeting — not a generalist coach reading from a script.
Not sure which fits you? That's one of the things the intro call is for. If we don't have the right mentor for your track, we'll tell you straight rather than take your money.
A short intro call and their LinkedIn profile, so you know exactly who you're working with before you pay anything.
The same mentor for your whole program. Not a rotating pool, not a support queue, not a chatbot.
If your goal isn't something we can genuinely help with, we'll say so on the first call instead of selling you a plan.
A resume rewritten around one clear role with real measured numbers. One or two projects deployed to live URLs with proper documentation. Recorded mock interviews scored on the same rubric, so you can hear your own improvement. A working application and outreach system. And the ability to talk about your own work the way an engineer does.
That's preparation, and it's what we're accountable for. How far it takes you also depends on your effort and on the market you're applying into.
No. Live 1:1 sessions with a working engineer reviewing your actual work. Recorded courses are cheap precisely because nobody is checking on you — accountability and real feedback are the entire thing you're paying for here.
If you have no projects worth showing yet, start with Kickoff. If you're applying right now and either not getting callbacks or not converting interviews, Accelerator is the one most people need. If you're already working and want a better role or pay band, that's Switcher Pro.
If you're genuinely unsure, pick nothing — tell us where you're stuck in the form and we'll recommend one on the intro call, including the cheaper one if that's the honest answer.
Where we genuinely can, yes — our mentors refer people into their own companies and networks when there's a real fit. What we won't do is promise a specific number of referrals, because that depends on open roles and on whether you're actually a match for them.
The bigger lever is teaching you to generate your own. A large part of the program is building an outreach system that gets you referrals from engineers you've never met — which scales far beyond anything one mentor's network can do.
Usually within a few days of the intro call, as long as there's a seat open. Intake is small because mentors have full-time jobs, so if the current cohort is full we'll tell you the next start date rather than take payment and park you.
Especially. No career-services support and no network is the default assumption here, not the exception. Everything is built around getting hired without one — direct outreach, a deployed portfolio, and interview prep that works regardless of which school is on your resume.
Plan on 4–5 hours a day to get the full value out of it. If you can only give two, tell us before you pay and we'll scope it down — we'd rather sell you less and have it work.
Weekly 1:1 sessions over video, at a fixed slot you choose at the start. Code review and messages happen asynchronously between sessions, so you're never waiting a week to get unblocked.
India: UPI, card, or bank transfer. We confirm scope and schedule with you before taking payment.
Start with a single session before committing to a program — that's exactly what they're for. If something genuinely goes wrong mid-program, talk to us. We handle it case by case, and we'd rather make it right than keep money from someone we didn't help.
